We are the Robinson family — a group of ordinary people navigating an extraordinary journey with our amazing 10-year-old daughter, Raegan. Raegan is not only Resilient and brave but incredibly smart, and she has been impressing us with her sharp mind and determination from the moment she was born.

Raegan was born with sickle cell anemia, a chronic condition that affects her red blood cells and can cause severe pain episodes, fatigue, and other complications. More recently, she was diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver, a condition that has added even more challenges to her young life. Despite the many medical hurdles, Raegan faces every day with a spirit that inspires everyone around her.
The last few years, Raegan’s health journey has meant countless hospital visits, procedures, treatments, and long days. But through it all, one thing has remained constant: Raegan’s ability to light up a room with her smile. She has shown us what true bravery looks like — even when the road ahead seems uncertain.

I’m Raegan’s mom, Shaynise, and my life’s purpose has been to give her the best quality of life possible. After a 10-year career in insurance, I made the decision to step away and dedicate myself fully to her care. That path led me to culinary school, where I became a professional chef specializing in holistic health—driven by the desire to understand food deeply and create the most nourishing meals for Raegan.
What began as a way to care for her grew into a true passion, inspiring me to start my own business. Still, when Raegan’s health needs became more demanding, I chose to pause everything to be by her side full-time. Every choice I make is rooted in love, resilience, and the commitment to helping Raegan live her happiest, healthiest life.

Raegan’s dad, Sharoderick, is the steady foundation of our family. He works tirelessly as a CDL truck driver, providing the stability and support that make everything else possible. His hard work and dedication have allowed me to stay home with Raegan, to focus on her care, and to pursue my passions, including starting my own business.
Though he’s a man of few words, his actions speak volumes. He is strong-willed, dependable, and deeply committed to making sure we always have what we need. His strength is quiet but constant — the kind of love that shows up every single day, no matter the distance or the challenges. He is our anchor, and we’re endlessly grateful for all that he does for our family.
